Source for the GNU utility wget-1.5.3.
Just "wget URL" and the bytes which come back are stored on
a file on your local computer.
This a good method for grabbing configurations from machines
without graphical browsers, or from inside scripts.
On most workstations, building wget should be as easy as
". /configure" and "make".
On the Cray systems some modifications
are necessary.
